Terrestrial Biodiversity Report for Development Application to Northern Beaches Council to demolish existing dwelling and construct new dwelling. The report included 7-part tests for potential impacts to threatened species recorded in the area.


Detailed survey and mapping of Endangered Ecological Communities on 11ha property in north-western Sydney (Hawkesbury City Council) for independent expert advice in NSW Land and Environment Court case.

Flora & Fauna Impact Assessments for Optic Fibre Cables on the NSW Central Coast (Gosford City Council) within road reserve through Bouddi National Park, pictured above.

2015 - Client: Andrew Martin Planning Pty Ltd
Ecological Consultant for residential subdivision and development adjoining Environmental Conservation Zone in Sydney's inner suburbs (Hunters Hill Council). A Flora Fauna Impact Assessment Report and Bushland Management Plan were prepared.

2015 - Client: Raybal Constructions Pty Ltd
Flora & Fauna Impact Assessment for Industrial development adjoining Environmental Protection Zone on the banks of Prospect Creek in Western Sydney (Fairfield City Council). The assessment included a Microchiropteran bat survey.

2014 - Client: NSW Public Works
Flora & Fauna Consultant for new Rural Fire Station near Maitland in the Hunter Valley. The impact assessment report included a 7-part test for impacts to a grassland remnant of the "Lower Hunter Spotted Gum - Ironbark Forest" Endangered Ecological Community.

2014 - Client: Private
Flora & Fauna Impact Assessment for subdivision into 5 Lots and development of townhouses near Gosford, on the NSW Central Coast. The assessment included a survey of tree hollows with late afternoon bird observation, nighttime spotlighting and bat call recording/analysis. 7-part tests were completed for impacts to the habitat of several threatened birds and bats.

2015 - Client: Cityscape Planning + Projects
Flora & Fauna Impact Assessment for subdivision into 3 Lots of a 6ha property in western Sydney (Penrith City Council). The assessment included 7-part tests for impacts to the "Cumberland Plain Woodland" Endangered Ecological Community and for impact to the habitat of several threatened species of fauna.

2014 - Client: Private
Flora & Fauna Impact Assessment for residential development on a 2ha property in south-western Sydney (Campbelltown City Council). The assessment included targeted surveys for the Koala and for the Cumberland Plain Land Snail that was found on site. Areas on the property of "Shale Sandstone Transition Forest" Endangered Ecological Community and Cumberland Plain Land Snail habitat were mapped.

Preliminary Environmental Planning and Ecological Assessment for Market Garden on a 2ha property in south-western Sydney (Liverpool City Council) with impacts to the "Cumberland Plain Woodland" Endangered Ecological Community.

2013 - Client: Legge Architects
Terrestrial Biodiversity Report for waterfront residential Development Application at Manly including 7-part tests for impacts to "Little Penguin at Manly Point" Endangered Population and "Long-nosed Bandicoot at North Head" Endangered Population.

2001 - Client: Ingrid Mather Design Landscape Architects
Flora & fauna assessment of William Harvey Reserve at Rouse Hill including recommendations to protect and enhance the three endangered ecological communities that occur there. The assessment included nighttime spotlighting and a frog survey. Council adopted the recommendations and has now established a flora & fauna reserve there.

Flora & Fauna Impact Assessment for subdivision and development of a 4ha property on Sydney's northern beaches. A Bushland Rehabilitation Plan was prepared for the on-going protection and management of remnant "Swamp Mahogany Forest" Endangered Ecological Community.
